Shanghai Pulong LVT flooring & SPC Flooring Won the Bid for the Angola Luanda Intelligence Center Project

As early as 2008, Shanghai Pulong Industrial Co., Ltd. won the bid for the key project of the External Intelligence Service in Luanda, Angola, in cooperation with Gansu Overseas Engineering Corporation (affiliated to Gansu Construction Investment Group, deeply engaged in the field of overseas infrastructure construction). This marked the company’s important step in expanding the African market, as its Pulong LVT flooring and high-quality SPC flooring were officially applied to two core parts of the project: the Administrative Office Building and the Exchange Center of the External Intelligence Service in Luanda, Angola. Specifically, the paving area of LVT flooring reached 6,000 square meters, and the total paving area of SPC flooring exceeded 6,000 square meters.
